MY STORY

I Didn't Leave the Corporate World Because I Failed. I Left Because I Could See Further.

I'm Dina Ramadan — business psychologist, digital nomad, and the person who will tell you the honest truth about what it actually takes to build a life on your own terms.

THE HONEST VERSION

I grew up in Wales with a natural curiosity about people — why they behave the way they do, what makes them thrive or hold themselves back. That curiosity led me into events and sales early in my career, working in fast-moving, commercially driven environments where you had to read people quickly and think on your feet.

But alongside that work, I kept studying. I was drawn to coaching, to psychology, to the science behind why people change — or don't. I eventually qualified as an Organisational Psychologist: the discipline that sits at the intersection of human behaviour and professional performance.

The thing about being a psychologist is that you can't lie to yourself for long. I knew what was happening. I was building skills for someone else's vision, on someone else's schedule. And at some point, that stopped being enough.

So I left. I packed a bag and spent time travelling across Asia and beyond — eventually visiting 50+ countries. The trip wasn't an escape. It was a proving ground. I built my first online practice from a laptop, tested what actually worked, and discovered that the transition didn't have to take years.

"It took me about 90 days to land my first clients. I never stopped wondering why nobody had a clear map for that process — so I built one."

That map became my coaching methodology. The methodology became Go Remote in 90 Days. Thousands of conversations with clients across 50+ countries have been refining it ever since. I also captured everything I know in my book, Escape the 9-5 — and I run a photography brand, Dina Travels Photography, because the freedom to create is as important to me as the freedom to work from anywhere.
